Donna Papacosta
TrafcomDigital is the new home of some of the online content for Donna Papacosta of Trafalgar Communications. Donna has been telling stories for more than 25 years. Working with large corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, nonprofits and government agencies, Donna has learned to identify key messages and to develop strategies for communicating them, using tried-and-true storytelling techniques along with today’s latest online and social media tools.
An experienced workshop leader, speaker, podcaster and writer, Donna launched one of Canada’s first business podcasts, Trafcom News Podcast, in September 2005. Since then she has produced hundreds of podcasts for clients, and has advised many organizations on the effective use of multimedia and social media.
